Dr. Quddusi, MD is board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. She holds a particular interest in Diabetes Management. Her mission is to make her patients independent in their management of Diabetes.
Since 1998, Dr. Quddusi has volunteered as a teacher, mentor, and instructor at University of Washington medical center, and is now a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine She has been involved in referring patients for state of the art research at UW and associated facilities for Type-I Diabetes. She specializes in insulin pump therapy, and continuous glucose monitoring, training and follow up. She is accepting new patients with any other endocrine related medical diagnosis.
Dr. Quddusi is fluent in English, Urdu and Hindi.
Theresa holds certification in Diabetes Education and Advanced Diabetes Management from National Certification Board of Diabetes Educators. She is also a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and completed Master of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University, Oakland, CA.
Theresa's professional experience includes evaluation and treatment of patients with work related injuries, perform DOT physical examinations, routine semi-annual physical examinations for Merchant Marine employees, Suture lacerations and removal of foreign bodies in eyes.
Bonnie completed Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Nevada. She is a certified diabetes educator and registered dietitian. Her professional experience includes diabetes education in endocrinology/endo supported practices including teaching patients MDI, insulin pump and continuous glucose sensor therapy. She provides individual, family and group education in diabetes self-management (pre-diabetes, diabetes, GDM), medical nutrition therapy for diabetes and comorbidities, chronic kidney disease, heart disease, pulmonary disease and gastroparesis.
Bonnie has professional affiliation with “American Diabetes Association”, “American Diabetes Educators of Utah”, “Washington Association of Diabetes Educators” and “American Association of Diabetes Educators”.
Davina completed "The Art of Interpreter Program". She is Certified Medical Interpreter and a Certified Medical Assistant.
Davina’s professional experience includes daily patient care, chart review, chart preparation, screening test including POC glucose testing, urinalysis, EKG, tympanogram, peak flows, spirometry and vision/hearing screening.
